Porto, a villa in the heart of the Scandola Nature Reserve
The harbour, the beach, the shops and restaurants are complemented by unforgettable walks by the sea or in the mountains, all just a few minutes’ walk away.
Facing due south, this dry-stone building enjoys spectacular views of the Genoese tower in Porto and its two unspoilt coastlines.
Spaces
1 | The villa
This charming villa, measuring approximately 180 m², features a fitted kitchen opening onto the dining room and living room with a fireplace, which leads out onto two separate terraces: one facing the sea and offering magnificent sunsets, and the other covered, with views of the sea and the scrubland.

2 | Sleeping area
The villa has four bedrooms:
- On the main floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite shower room and sea views.
- Upstairs, there are two attic bedrooms, each with a double bed and its own shower room.
- On the lower floor, a fourth separate bedroom with a double bed and a shower room overlooks the garden and offers sea views.

3 | The outdoors
Its 3,500 m² garden, featuring stone terraces shaded by umbrella pines, natural rockeries and stunning native scrubland, makes this unique spot a true haven of peace.
Between the sea and the maquis, an intimate terrace with a summer lounge and BBQ is the ideal spot for meals in the shade. A wooden walkway leads to the swimming pool overlooking the sea and the cliffs.
